Using a Dental Benefit Plan (Insurance)
If you are using a dental benefit plan, we will do our best to provide you with an estimate that is as accurate as possible before the start of your treatment. The estimate provided to you is based on the information provided by you and your dental plan provider. Given that, please be sure all information provided to us is correct and real-time. All estimated copays and deductibles are due at the time of service or in advance of your appointment, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track your claim. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Should there be a balance remaining, we will send you a billing statement after your dental benefit provider has processed your claim and responded to us. Your balance is due at the time you receive your statement. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Uninsured & Fee-for-Service Patients
If you are not using a dental benefit plan, we will still provide you with a transparent estimate before care is provided. We strive to keep our fees fair and competitive for the high-end care delivered. All payments are due at the time of service or in advance of your appointment, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
