If you are using a dental benefit plan, we will do our best to provide you with an estimate that is as accurate as possible before the start of your treatment.  The estimate provided to you is based on the information provided by you and your dental plan.  Given that, please be sure all the information provided to us is correct and real time.  All the estimated copays and deductibles are due at the time of service or in advance of your appointment, unless other arrangements have been made.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track you claim.  Most insurance companies respond to the claim within four to six weeks.  Should there be a balance remaining, we will send you a billing statement after your dental plan provider has processed your claim and responded to us.  Your balance is due at the time you receive your statement.  Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  

If you are not using a dental benefit plan, we will still provide you with an estimate before care is provided to you.  We do our best to keep our fees fair and competitive for the care provided.   All payments are due at the time of service or in advance of your appointment, unless other arrangements have been made.
