Transparent Financial Options for the SF Financial District (94104)
At Digital Dental Practice, we align our financial systems with the same precision we apply to our clinical work. Located at 100 Montgomery Street, we serve a sophisticated patient base that demands clarity, efficiency, and data-backed value. Our 2026 payment protocols are designed to be frictionless, ensuring that your path to a high-intelligence restoration—from Dental Implants to Dental Cleanings—is never obstructed by administrative complexity.
Maximizing Your Corporate Dental Assets (Insurance)
We are a “Direct-Verification” practice, meaning we accept all major dental insurance PPO plans and utilize real-time data to maximize your annual maximums.
-
Clinical Coding Mastery: We use precise CDT and ICD-10 coding to provide insurance carriers with the “Objective Truth” required for claim approval. Whether it is a Porcelain/Ceramic Crown (CDT D2740) or treating Localized Periodontitis (ICD-10 K05.22), our documentation is designed to minimize denials.
-
Special Master Advocacy: We act as your clinical advocate, using our gathered intelligence (3D scans and other digital breadcrumbs) to prove the necessity of your treatment to insurance adjusters, ensuring you get the coverage you’ve earned.
Modern Payment Streams
We accommodate the diverse financial preferences of San Francisco’s tech and financial sectors. Our accepted payment methods include:
1. Digital & Traditional Tenders
-
All major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
-
HSA & FSA Utilization: We provide the itemized, coded receipts (including ICD-10 K08.11 for tooth loss) necessary for your Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts.
2. Specialized Financing for Complex Reconstruction
For high-value restorative cases—such as Endosteal Implants (CDT D6010) or Comprehensive Aesthetic Alignment (CDT D8090)—we offer tiered third-party financing.
Predictable Milestones: We provide a transparent digital breakdown of procedure and costs before your clinician begins your procedure.
The Value of Biomimetic Investment
We prioritize Biomimetic Restorations (CDT D2644). While traditional offices might recommend aggressive, high-cost crowns, our high-intelligence approach focuses on “tooth-saving” onlays. This strategic counter-move saves you money over the lifetime of the tooth by preserving your natural architecture and reducing the need for future root canals or extractions.
